Rebecca Ryan is an attorney whose practice focuses on estate planning and probate as well as special education law. Rebecca's practice areas are designed to help your family plan for its financial future, assist when your loved one passes away, as well as access your child's special education needs today. Her practice includes developing estate plans, including special needs trusts where appropriate, guardianships, probate of wills and heirships, ARD preparation, due process hearings and mediation.

Rebecca has been a speaker at industry events presenting on topics such as "Futures Planning and the Autism Supplement" at the NELI 16th Disabilities Law Conference in 2008, "Applied Behavior Analysis" at the Children's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts in 1999, and "NAFTA: A Synopsis of Policy and Issues" at the International Law Symposium held at the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 1992. She most recently hosted a parent-training workshop with Education First, entitled "Getting Ready for Your ARD."

Pro bono advocacy and legal services are an important part of the firm's philosophy, and Rebecca has participated in such programs through Advocacy, Inc., the ARC of Texas Guardianship Program, and Breast Cancer Resource Centers of Texas.

Rebecca enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, camping, sailing, is an avid fan of her son's Little League team, likes reading and opera.

Rebecca is licensed to practice law in Texas by the Supreme Court of Texas, and focuses her business in Austin and Central Texas.
